2023 Cuveé du Rhône

Our very first blend! This wine is the best of both worlds at 50% Portico Hills Grenache and 50% Thompson Vineyard Syrah. Wonderful notes of Elderberry, plum, and dark cherry on the nose. A mild palate consisting of herbs, licorice, and blueberry. With hints of a mild spice on the finish. A beautiful expression of what Alisos Canyon has to offer.

Texas BBQ, Slow-cooked Lamb stew, A hearty bolognese, roast turkey, and red velvet cake.
